Burglary of Habitation with Intent of Other Felony and Sex Abuse of a Child Tops Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Thirty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including continuous sexual abuse of a child, multiple drug charges, and burglary of a habitation with intent of other felony. 

Out of the 445 beds, 419 of them are occupied as of Friday morning. 

Due to technical difficulties with the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office website yesterday's booking report was not complete. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: 

  • Larry Stewart was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 12:38 a.m. His bond is set at $2,500.
  • Jacobi Reynolds was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 8:10 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Gabriel Reel was arrested for a MISC parole violation at 9:52 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Charlotte Everson was arrested for three MISC CPF at 12:44 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joe Perales was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, eight MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 1:13 p.m. His bond is set at $10,482. 
  • Daniella Suniga was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:30 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Darla Walker was arrested COMM possession of a controlled substance at 5:22 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Quincin Eagle was arrested for MTR burglary of a habitation, MTR possession of marijuana, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, and GJI unauthorized absence of a community correctional facility at 8:48 p.m. His bond is set at $40,500. 
  • Russell Call was arrested for evading arrest and one MISC COMM at 10:50 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Friday at 3:28 a.m. 
  • Ivan Torres was arrested for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction and a MISC parole violation at 11:11 p.m.  

The following were booked in the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  • Mark Wells was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:21 a.m. His bond was set at $2,000 and was released at 6:43 p.m. 
  • Kevin Stewart was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault to a family member with a deadly weapon at 2:25 a.m. His bond is set at $25,000. 
  • Denise Smith was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 3:58 a.m. Her bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Arturo Diaz was arrested for COMM intoxicated assault with a vehicle that caused serious bodily injury at 10:01 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Marrisa Couvion was arrested for MTR burglary of a habitation at 10:39 a.m. Her bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Ruben Delagarza was arrested for COMM unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 10:51 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Danny Lara was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance and COMM tampering with physical evidence at 11:29 a.m. His bond was set at $482 and was released Friday at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Alberto San Agustin was arrested for GJI accident involving injury, RPR driving while intoxicated, failure to stop and leave information, no drivers license, and 10 MISC CPF at 11:40 a.m. His bond is set at $1,352. 
  • Jason Murrell was arrested for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 at 11:53 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Anthony Foster was arrested for theft and a bench warrant at 1:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jacob Martinez was arrested for burglary of a habitation with intent of other felony and possession of a prohibited weapon at 11:53 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Woodall was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 2:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Brian Garcia was arrested for burglary of a habitation with intent of other felony and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 3:05 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Devin Stevens was arrested for GOB driving while license invalid with a previous conviction at 3:20 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Vincent Aguilera was arrested for RPR evading arrest at 3:25 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Anthony McCarthy was arrested for three counts of public intoxication at 4:10 p.m. His bond was set at $3,554 and was released Friday at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Audrey Mata was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance and GJI prohibited substance in a correctional facility at 4:25 p.m. She was released without bond at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Rodney Garcia was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, driving without a seatbelt, and MISC US Marshall hold at 4:59 p.m. His bond is set at $956. 
  • Isaiah Juarez was arrested for reckless driving at 6:47 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Jacob Wright was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:20 p.m. His bond was set at $1,642 and was released Friday at 12:58 a.m. 
  • Terry Wood was being held for TDCJ starting at 8:52 p.m. He was released at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Randy Abbott was arrested for a MISC parole violation at 10:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
