Public Intoxication and DWI Top Thursday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Twenty-four suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Friday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including multiple alcohol charges, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and four TDCJ holdovers. 

Out of the 445 beds, 392 of them are occupied as of Friday morning.

The following was booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  • Kameron Jones was arrested for a class C assault and interference with public duties at 12:57 a.m. His bond was set at $992 and was released at 8:28 a.m. 
  • Zackary Johnson was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:38 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Kristopher Andrews was arrested for his third driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest at 3:58 a.m. His bond is set at $15,500. 
  • Joseph Tambunga was arrested for a public intoxication at 12:59 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 9:43 p.m. 
  • Michael Orozco was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 1:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • John Reed was arrested for MTR injury of a child to an elderly/child/disabled person with intent to inflict bodily injury and MTR assault of a family member with a previous conviction. 
  • Samuel Rivas was arrested for public intoxication at 3:00 p.m. His bond is set at $1,948. 
  • Shane Manitzas was arrested for COMM aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 3:25 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Myriah Atkinson-Harris was arrested for driving while license invalid, no proof of financial responsibility and GJI possession of a controlled substance at 3:31 p.m. Her bond is set at $3,342. 
  • Catherine Tacy was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:42 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Lolis Gist was arrested for resisting arrest, failure to identify as a fugitive by giving false information, MTR assault to a family member by impeding breath or circulation at 3:58 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Elias Ybarra was arrested possession of a controlled substance and evading arrest with a motor vehicle at 4:08 p.m. His bond is set at $25,782. 
  • Darin Reed was being held for MISC TDCJ hold over at 6:21 p.m. He was released Friday at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Kashmon Cruickshank was being held for MISC TDCJ hold over starting at 6:21 p.m. He was released Friday at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Monty Cummings was arrested for MISC TDCJ hold over starting at 4:20 p.m. He was released Friday at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Michael Godines was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction at 6:16 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 8:58 p.m. 
  • Alisa Berhardt was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 6:49 p.m. Her bond was set at $2,000 and was released at 8:58 p.m. 
  • Johnathan Briseno was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:16 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Friday at 4:43 a.m. 
  • Robert Mata was being held for MISC TDCJ hold over at 7:20 p.m. He was released Friday at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Mark Castleberry was arrested for public intoxication at 10:38 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Friday at 5:43 a.m. 
  • Ricky Arthur was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing at 11:39 p.m. He was released without bond Friday at 9:43 p.m. 
  • Calvin Thames was arrested for MISC parole violation at 8:25 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
