Illegal Immigrant Arrests Top Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Twenty-three suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including Sexual assault of a child, possession of a dangerous drug, and arrests and holds for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). 

Out of the 445 beds, 410 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday:

  • Johnathan Briseno was arrested for criminal trespassing at 1:55 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Jonathan Garza was arrested for evading arrest at 2:18 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 3:28 a.m. 
  • Manuel Adames was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 2:38 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 3:43 p.m. 
  • Jerry Paxton was arrested for displaying fictitious motor registration, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug, and failure to identify by giving fake information at 2:53 a.m. His bond is set at $9,800.
  • Matthew Moriarty was arrested public intoxication at 3:29 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
  • Joe Gonzales was arrested for possession of marijuana and J/N possession of a controlled substance at 1:08 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Elijah Ramirez was arrested for sexual assault of a child at 11:14 a.m. He was released without bond at 11:43 a.m. 
  • Mindy Schafer was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, MTR possession of a controlled substance, MTR possession of a controlled substance, MISC failure to vaccinate at 2:31 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,396.
  • Charles Curtis was arrested for J/N criminal trespassing at 2:42 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:28 p.m. 
  • Kristopher Rivera was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Billie Encina was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:56 p.m. He was released without bond at 5:28 p.m. 
  • Alexandria Escalera was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:57 p.m. She was released without bond at 5:28 p.m. 
  • Jose Torres was arrested for GJI sex offender duty to register annually at 3:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Toby Smith was arrested for MTR manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 4:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Harry Wilkinson was arrested for three MISC CPF at 5:51 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Julio Perez-Flores was being held for ICE starting at 5:52 p.m. 
  • Sergio Avila-Perez was being held for ICE starting at 6:05 p.m. 
  • Sergio Martinez-Martinez being held for ICE starting at 6:07 p.m. 
  • Samuel Rivas was arrested for public intoxication at 6:14 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Wednesday at 4:58 a.m. 
  • Jose Castillo-Hernandez being held for ICE starting at 6:17 p.m. 
  • Raymond Valle was arrested for assault to a family member, class c theft, possession of a dangerous drug, driving while license invalid, and no driver license at 6:39 p.m. His bond is set at $5,634. 
  • Heather Seider was arrested for MISC bench warrant at 9:26 p.,m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Dillion Boyles was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespassing at 9:41 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500.
