Retaliation Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Twenty-six suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including retaliation, public intoxications, and multiple drug charges. 

Out of the 445 beds, 403 of them are occupied as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday

  • Jessica Moreno was arrested for public intoxication at 2:45 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Nora Moreno was arrested for RPR theft, resisting arrest, and failure to identify by giving false information at 2:55 a.m. Her bond is set at $1,000.
  • David Woodcock was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 3:54 a.m. His bond was set at $7,500 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Richard Valderas was arrested for his second J/N driving while intoxicated at 8:37 a.m. He was released without bond at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Toya White was arrested for unauthorized absence of a community correctional facility at 9:39 a.m. Her bond is set at $7,500. 
  • Raymond Olveda was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 9:45 a.m. He was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Lamar Johnson was arrested for violation of bond at 10:24 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Eric Guerrero was arrested for five MISC COMM at 10:50 a.m.. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Sterling William was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:03 a.m. His was released without bond at 3:43 p.m. 
  • Oscar Munoz was arrested for FTA failure to appear at 11:24 a.m. His bond was set at $1,008 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Javarious Smith was arrested for criminal mischief at 11:48 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Gregory McPherson was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 1:12 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Leslie Thomas was arrested for his second J/N driving while intoxicated, RPR driving while license invalid with a previous conviction, and 15 MISC CPF at 1:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Gabriel Ortiz was arrested for obstruction or retaliation at 1:45 p.m. His bond is set at $250,000. 
  • Brooke Smith was arrested for COMM theft of a property at 2:31 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jose Gomez was arrested for COMM driving while intoxicated at 2:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Candice Smith was arrested for GOB theft of a property with two or more previous convictions at 2:49 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Aaron Moreno was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance and six MISC CPF at 3:54 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Edward Allen was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance and FTA possession of a controlled substance at 4:27 p.m. His bond is set at $37,500. 
  • David Delacruz was arrested for MTR third or more driving while intoxicated at 5:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Patricia Aguilar was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous convictions and MTR possession of a controlled substance at 7:34 p.m. Her bond is set at $15,000. 
  • Johnathan Briseno was arrested for public intoxication at 7:37 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Tuesday at 1:13 a.m. 
  • Paul Henn was arrested for four MISC CPF and MISC fugitive from justice at 9:14 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ruben Lira was arrested for two driving while license invalid, failure to drive in a single lane, failure to stop and leave info, and not wearing a seatbelt at 9:51 p.m. His bond was set at $3,218 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Jonathan Lee was arrested for driving while license invalid and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:15 p.m. His bond was set at $1,238 and was released Tuesday at 1:13 a.m. 
  • Adam Haro was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and driving while license invalid at 11:45 p.m. His bond is set at $5,736.
