San Angelo Man Arrested Twice After Naked Swim and Running from Cops

SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo man was arrested twice on Saturday after police found him swimming naked in the Concho River and then trespassing on the San Angelo Railway Museum.

On March 23, Officers with the San Angelo Police Department received a call about a man swimming in the Concho River. When they arrived they found Rodney Villafranco, 33, in the river swimming in the nude.

He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 6:08 p.m. and was charged with disorderly conduct. He was later released at 11:58 p.m. on a $642 bond.

Later that evening the SAPD received a call about a man who was trespassing on railroad property and was interfering with the railroad. The police arrived and found VIllafranco once again. This time Villafranco decided to flee from the law and a short foot chase occurred.

The chase was brief because officers released K-9 officer Vader. Vader subdued the suspect and he was charged with railroad interference with property and evading arrest. He was booked into the TGCJ on Sunday at 1:33 a.m. and was released on a $1,192 bond later Sunday morning.

he's came back twice.
What are you waiting for?
Maybe he will attack some Dad and his son down there and kill them and eat them.
Where is the friggin police and courts?
Quit putting up with these idiots.
Do your damn job and protect and serve.
Where is all of the carry people?

...only pull their weapons when someone questions their need to carry...or when the opportunity to march around arises.

Yes, it seems that the "time out'' method, often used with 8 year olds, doesn't work. Who ever would've guessed?

Maybe next time they see this naked bum, just tell him to get dressed and get his life together by the count of 10, or he's going to be in real trouble.
