Murder and Assault on an Officer Tops Thursday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Thirty-three suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday. 

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including murder, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and a number of assault that caused bodily injury to family members.

Out of the 445 beds, 384 of them are occupied as of Friday morning.

The following were booked into TGCJ on Thursday: 

• Daniel Heckt was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 12:21 a.m. His bond was set at $30,000 and was released at 2:58 a.m. 
• Javier Moreno was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 12:44 a.m. . His bond is set at $5,000. 
• Shannon McGhee was arrested for two counts of Manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 1:16 a.m. His bond is set at $80,734.
• Steven Skeen was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family  member at 1:32 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
• Dwayne Chadwick was arrested for murder, assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and possession of a controlled substance at 2:54 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Christian Tapia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 5:35 a.m. His bond is set at $2,500. 
• Rodney Villafranco was arrested for public intoxication and criminal trespassing at 7:12 a.m. His bond was set at $3,572 and was released at 3:13 p.m. 
• Tray Wilson was being held for TDCJ starting at 9:22 a.m. 
• Antonio Jimenez was arrested for 24 hour commitment at 10:01 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Edward Cundiff was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 10:05 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Joshua Yates was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:10 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Miguel Ibarra was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:14 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• David Robertson was arrested for VOP driving while license invalid with a previous conviction at 11:35 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Geezis French was arrested for MISC parole violation at 12:25 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Ruben Fernandez was arrested for GJI burglary of a building and GJI credit card abuse at 1:18 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Michael Lopez was arrested for assault on a public servant, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 3:21 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
• Kevin Long was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:24 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:13 p.m. 
• Heather Salas was arrested for theft of a property at 3:44 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Danny Beaver was arrested for MISC parole violation at 5:35 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jason Argueta was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 6:29 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 8:28 p.m. 
• Jesse Scott was arrested for theft of property and possession of a controlled substance at 7:45 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jose Olivas was arrested for possession of marijuana at 7:47 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
• April Mendoza was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 8:22 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Brittani Harris was arrested for five MISC CPF at 8:49 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Quitnton Collins was arrested for four MISC CPF at 9:14 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Devonte Franklin was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance at 9:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Mandy Renfro was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 9:36 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Mercedes Gaitan was arrested for two MISC CPF at 9:44 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Tamara Perkins was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:55 p.m. Her bond was set at $642.
• John Lewis was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespassing at 10:16 p.m. His bond was set at $3,342. 
• Edgar Salinas was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 10:59 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Frankie Gonzalez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 11:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jeannie Torres was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 11:51 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,500.
