Multiple Driving While Intoxicated Arrests Top Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-four suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday. 

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including multiple driving while intoxicated, indecency with a child, and multiple theft of a property. 

Out of the 445 beds, 381 of them are occupied as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Laura Cervantes was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:28 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 4:43 p.m. 
  • Josiah Brinegar was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 3:30 a.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Lynn Abbott was arrested for GJI possession of a schedule one controlled substance at 10:02 a.m. Her bond was set at $5,000 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Samuel Martinez was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:52 a.m. His bond was set at 2,500 and was released at 4:28 p.m. ​​​​​​
  • Addielee Hedges was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:08 a.m. She was released without bond at 4:28 p.m.
  • Analisa Sanchez was arrested for CPF driving while license invalid at 11:12 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Danny Lara was arrested for possession of a schedule one controlled substance and COMM tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair at 11:29 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • James Mitchell was arrested for MISC CPF failure to appear at 11:48 a.m. He was released without bond at 7:28 p.m. 
  • Edward Narro was arrested for four MISC CPF and MISC failure to appear at 1:05 p.m. His bond was set at $482 and was released at 4:28 p.m.
  • Edward Best was arrested for driving with license invalid with a previous suspension at 2:12 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 4:28 p.m.
  • James Weaver was arrested for FTA driving without insurance at 2:53 p.m. His bond is set at $5,000. 
  • Mike Kelly was arrested for COMM display fictitious motor vehicle registration and COMM driving while license invalid with a previous suspension at 3:14 p.m. He was released without bond at 2:43 a.m. 
  • Logan Sturgeon was arrested for false alarm or report at 3:27 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:43 p.m. 
  • Tony Gonzales was arrested for criminal trespassing at 3:50 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 6:43 p.m. 
  • Oscar Ornelas was arrested for MISC Bench Warrant at 4:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Julian Villarreal was arrested for driving while license with a previous conviction at 5:10 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 9:43 p.m. 
  • James Lane was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a bac above .15 at 7:27 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released Tuesday at 2:13 a.m. 
  • Espiridion Yanez was arrested for FTA theft of a property and driving while license invalid with a previous suspension at 7:57 p.m. His bond was set at $7,000 and was released Tuesday at 12:58 a.m. 
  • Stefanie Cortez was arrested for theft of a property at 8:29 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:58 p.m. 
  • Harley Jauregui was arrested for theft of a property and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:34 p.m. His bond was set at $1,142 and was released at 11:58 p.m. 
  • Mike Moreno was arrested for failure to report or change address on drivers license at 8:40 p.m. His bond was set at $984 and was released Tuesday at 1:13 a.m.
  • Leslie Zapata was arrested for criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:36 p.m. her bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 1:58 a.m. 
  • Rebecca Landers was arrested for GJI indecency with a child by sexual contact at 9:51 p.m. Her bond was set at $20,000 and was released Tuesday at 2:43 a.m.  
  • Charly Spiller was arrested for theft of a property and no proof of financial responsibility at 10:50 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,202.
