Man Throws Up After Hearing He's Been Indicted for Lewd Acts with a Minor

ABILENE, TX – An Abilene man has been indicted after allegedly sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl and having possession of multiple videos of child pornography on Thursday.

In Oct. 2017 51-year-old Jose Ledesma was accused of tickling a child and then placing his hands down her pants. When the child told him to stop he refused.

He then later that evening was showing a teenage girl what documents say were "pictures of little girls with no clothes on." According to KTXS, he was also smoking marijuana while showing the teenager and told her that if she got bored that she could look at the videos.

Before the victims left he continued to ask when the child was returning because "He wanted more."

In November Ledesma was arrested by Abilene Police. Police say that they told Ledesma what he was accused of and he said that he was joking. They then informed him that he was being charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a child. Ledesma then got sick to his stomach and vomited.

Ledesma was indicted for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child and Possession of Child Pornography.
