Pot Possession and Public Intoxication Fill Weekend Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – 16 Suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend. The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office and the San Angelo Police Department made various arrests due to Manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, multiple possession charges, and Intoxicated assault with a vehicle.  Out of the 445 beds, 386 of them are occupied as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

• Shaun Martinez was arrested for possession of marijuana, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:22 a.m. His bond is set at $51,642. 
• Mario Ramos was arrested for evading arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:32 a.m. His bond is set at $8,142. 
• Marlena Sanchez was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug at 5:31 a.m. Her bond is set at $3,000. 
• Amber Jimenez was arrested for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice at 8:35 p.m. Her bond is set at $500. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

• Casey Jurgans was arrested for evading arrest, having no drivers license, and intoxicated assault with a vehicle at 4:05 a.m. His bond is set at $15,944. 
• Cole Swanner was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 2:32 p.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 
• Justin Cueller was arrested for possession of marijuana at 5:30 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
• Shelly Roberts was arrested for possession of marijuana at 5:39 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Sunday at 1:43 a.m. 
• Rosemarie Garcia was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:03 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:58 p.m. 
• Jon Summers was arrested for burglary of a building, burglary of a habitation, and burglary of a vehicle at 7:39 p.m. his bond is set at $89,000. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday: 

• Sadie Aguirre was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a drug paraphernalia at 12:13 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,642 and was released at 2:43 a.m. 
• Wesley Richardson was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:37 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
• Justin Galvan was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest at 1:49 a.m. His bond was set at $942 and was released at 8:28 a.m. 
• Kayla Boatright was arrested for public intoxication at 2:56 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
• John Hernandez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 9:05 a.m. His bond is set at $2,500. 
• Yelena Breydo was arrested for possession of marijuana at 6:49 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:58 p.m.
