Multiple Possessions and Engaging in Orginized Criminal Activity Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office and the San Angelo Police Department arrested and booked 14 people on Monday.The main arrests came from manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, multiple possession charges, and engaging in organized criminal activity. Out of the 445 beds available the jail held 387 inmates.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday:

  • Ashley Garcia was arrested for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana at 12:54 a.m. Her bond is set at $31,600.
  • Crystal Garcia was arrested for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at 1:21 a.m. Her bond is set at $31,000.
  • Victor Hernandez was arrested for assault by threat to a family member at 1:34 a.m. His bond is set at $492.
  • Anton Hill was arrested for driving while license invalid with a previous suspension at 8:47 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 12:28 p.m.
  • Kathryn Reyes was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:44 a.m. Her bond is set at $1,642.
  • Jakronn Mathis was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 12:18 p.m. His bond was set at $4,500 and was released at 4:43 p.m.
  • Steven Peck was arrested for theft of a property at 1:31 p.m. His bond was set at $7,500.
  • Clifton Bohannon was arrested for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance at 5:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Nicholas Huerta was arrested for criminal mischief at 5:24 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:28 p.m.
  • Janet Spradley was arrested for class c theft, possession of a controlled substance, no proof of financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespassing at 6:27 p.m. Her bond is set at $3,118.
  • Effie Denmon was arrested for criminal trespassing at 8:46 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 12:58 a.m.
  • Christopher Black was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:06 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 12:58 a.m.
  • Samuel Jeter was arrested for engaging in organized criminal activity at 10:43 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 12:58 a.m.
  • Howard Linzy was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:53 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 1:43 a.m.
