Evading Arrest and Driving While Intoxicated Tops the Weekend Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Police Department and the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office arrested and booked 33 people over the weekend. The arrests came from various possession charges, multiple driving while intoxicated, and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Of the 445 beds available in the Tom Green County Jail 381 are taken up after the weekend.

  • Michael Nastansky was arrested for evading arrest, unlawful possession of a firearm, and driving while intoxicated at 12:50 a.m. His bond is set at $25,000.
  • Jose Perez was arrested for being a fugitive from justice at 4:29 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Amber Lopez were arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license invalid, expired vehicle registration, no insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:28 a.m. Her bond is set at $46,123.
  • Justin McCarty was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 3:10 p.m. His bond was set at $7,500 and was released Saturday at 2:43 p.m.
  • Marcus Moreno was arrested for driving while license invalid with a previous suspension at 6:02 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Juan Estrada was arrested for manufacture and delivery at 7:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Rachel Rangel was arrested for injury to a child, theft by check, two counts of issuance of a bad check, and fraud by possessing identifying information at 8:19 p.m. Her bond is set at $13,876.
  • Ubaldo Sanchez was arrested for his 3rd or more driving while intoxicated at 10:06 p.m. His bond is set at $3,000.
  • Armando Barrera was arrested for his 3rd or more driving while intoxicated at 10:27 p.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released Saturday at 2:43 p.m.
  • Edward Herrera was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug at 11:46 p.m. His bond was set at $11,000 and was released Saturday at 2:43 p.m.
  • Adolph Perez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence at 11:47 p.m. His bond was set at $20,000 and was released Saturday at 3:43 p.m.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday:

  • Tara Davis was arrested for public intoxication at 12:01 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 8:58 a.m.
  • Guadalupe Galindo was arrested for possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful carry of a weapon at 2:18 a.m. His bond was set at $39,0000 and was released at 2:58 p.m.
  • David Lozano was arrested for possession of marijuana at 2:21 a.m. His bond is set at $1,000.
  • Brittaney Gauna was arrested for public intoxication at 2:38 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 10:58 a.m.
  • Jorge Perez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 2:48 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 3:43 p.m.
  • Eric Rivera was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:29 a.m. His bond is set at $1,000.
  • Cristina Cadena was arrested for harassment of a public servant and assault that caused bodily injury at 3:29 a.m. Her bond was set at $11,000 and was released at 7:58 p.m.
  • Jeffrey Burleson was arrested for assault by threat and a class c assault at 4:34 a.m. His bond was set at $984 and was released at 7:58 p.m.
  • Bailey Smith was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a drug paraphernalia at 5:57 p.m. Her bond was set at 5:57 p.m. His bond was set at $1,321 and was released at 7:58 p.m.
  • Russell Call was arrested for public intoxication at 5:59 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 12:28 a.m.
  • Adam Haro was arrested for two counts of driving while license invalid at 7:20 p.m. His bond was set at $2,754 and was released Sunday at 12:28 a.m.
  • William Harrington was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful carry of a weapon at 9:59 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released Sunday at 12:28 a.m.
  • Adrian Campbell was arrested for possession of marijuana at 8:58 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Sunday at 12:43 a.m.
  • Hayward Reeves was arrested for expired vehicle registration, no proof of financial responsibility, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:26 p.m. His bond is set at $7,212.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday:

  • Jaime Salazar was arrested for class c theft, expired driver license, no drivers license, and no proof of financial responsibility at 1:12 a.m. His bond was set at $10,767 and was released at 3:13 a.m.
  • Matthew Westbrook was arrested for public intoxication at 1:15 a.m. His bond is set at $1,660.
  • Jewell Cummings was arrested for his second driving wile intoxicated at 2:31 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:28 p.m.
  • Raymond Saldivar was arrested for public intoxication at 2:51 a.m. His bond is set at $440.
  • Kathy Reyna was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 3:25 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 11:13 a.m.
