Man Indicted After Allegedly Trying to Attack a Woman with Two Knives

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo man has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jurty after allegedly trying to stab a woman with two fix blade knives.

On December 16, San Angelo Police Department received a call about a man trying to attack a woman. When officers arrived, they entered the house to find James Ratliff, 48, armed with two fixed blade knives.

According to an affidavit, police demanded Raliff place the knives on the floor, and was then detained.

Police sa, Ratliff told them that he in fact pulled the knives on the victim and if he had to go back in the residence he would kill all of the staff.

Ratliff was indicted on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
