Border Patrol and ICE Holds Top Wednesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fourteen Suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail Wednesday. The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office and the San Angelo Police Department made various arrests including theft of a firearm, public intoxication, and many border patrol and ICE holds.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday:

  • Michael Busby was arrested for theft of a firearm at 12:56 a.m. His bond is set at $7,500.
  • Aubrey Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:49 a.m. Her bond is set at $5,000.
  • Johnny Dunn was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:56 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:13 a.m.
  • Jesus Alvarez was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 6:57 a.m. His bond is set at $642.
  • Alyssa Phillips was arrested for theft of a property at 10:11 a.m. She was released without bond at 11:58 a.m.
  • Javier Horganista-Marcial is being held for ICE at 3:01 p.m.
  • Martin Ayala-Hernandez is being held for ICE at 3:03 p.m. He was released to ICE at 8:13 a.m.
  • Guadalupe Zamorano-Martinez is being held for ICE at 3:12 p.m.
  • Jose Hernandez-Aleman is being held for border patrol at 4:11 p.m. He was released to the border patrol at 8:13 a.m.
  • Alejandro Cervantes-Trejio is being held for border patrol at 4:19 p.m. He was released to the border patrol at 8:13 a.m.
  • Thomas Freeman was booked for an unknown miscellaneous hold at 6:39 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  •  Phillip Burks was booked for an unknown miscellaneous hold at 6:47 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Anthony Garcia was arrested for public intoxication at 8:24 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Thursday at 2:58 a.m.
  • Shaun Martinez was arrested for two different counts of assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:40 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000.
