Man Indicted for Having Explicit Photos of a Child

SAN ANGELO, TX – A man has been indicted for possession of child pornography on February 6, 2019.

Justin Khantharasy, 20, was booked into the Tom Green County after being arrested on Tuesday.

Khantharasy was arrested after authorities found the porn on October 26, 2016.

Khantharasy was booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday and was released on $15,000 bond at 5:43 p.m.
