Valentine's Day Bust Yields Meth, Guns and Heroin

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Investigators with the Department’s Street Crimes Division executed an Evidentiary Search Warrant at a residence in the 200 block of West Avenue V.

According to the San Angelo Police Department, he warrant, issued by District Court Judge Carmen Dusek, named a 44-year-old convicted Felon to be in possession of Methamphetamine at the residence.

The search yielded nearly thirteen (13) ounces of suspected Methamphetamine and one and one half (1.5) ounces of suspected Heroin.  In addition to the narcotics, Investigators located and seized an assortment of drug paraphernalia consistent with narcotics trafficking and two (2) firearms.

Federal charges are pending the outcome of this ongoing investigation.

The Department’s Training Division, K-9 Unit and the Center for Tactical Medicine assisted with yesterday’s warrant operation.
