Drug Possession and Public Intoxication Charges Top Monday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Police Department and the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office arrested and booked 17 people into jail on Monday. Various arrests included multiple evading arrests, possessions, an unlawful possession of a firearm, and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

The following were booked into TGCJ on Monday:

• Lorenzo Rodriguez was arrested for evading arrest and driving while intoxicated at 12:03 a.m. His bond was set at $8,500 and was released at 10:58 a.m.
• Glen Underhill was arrested for public intoxication at 12:12 a.m. His bond was set at $440 and was released at 8:43 a.m.
• John Langmeyer was arrested for driving while intoxicated for the third or more time at 12:33 a.m. His bond is set at $15,000.
• Kylie Gee was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:49 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:58 a.m.
• Kasey Bodkins was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:33 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 11:28 a.m.
• Brian Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 2:09 a.m. his bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 9:58 a.m.
• Felisha Riggins was arrested for possession of marijuana and interference with public duties at 3:40 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 10:58 a.m.
• Erin Easterling was arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana at 4:00 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,442 and was released at 9:58 a.m.
• Juan Lopez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:01 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:13 p.m.
• Jericho Price was arrested for possession of marijuana at 6:44 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:58 a.m.
• Felipe Escamilla was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest at 1:06 p.m. His bond was set at $942 and was released at 9:13 p.m.
• Carlos Ramirez was arrested for driving with no license or insurance at 1:20 p.m. He was released without bond at 4:58 p.m.
• Kayla Browne was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:04 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 6:58 p.m.
• Clayton Grooms was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at 3:09 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Justin Boothe was arrested for evading arrest, driving while license invalid, no proof of financial responsibility, expired registration, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:55 p.m. His bond is set at $2,774.
• Joe Ruiz was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 11:32 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000.
• Sephanie Escobedo was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 11:48 p.m. Her bond was set at $2,000 and was released Tuesday at 12:43 a.m.
