Man Indicted After Being Caught Having Sex with 15-Year-Old By Her Mother

SAN ANGELO, TX-- A local man has been indicted on two counts of sexual assault of a child by a Tom Green County grand jury.

Clayton Williams, 26, allegedly was having sex with a 15-year-old girl when her mother walked in the room and caught him.

The mother immediately called the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office. When the deputies arrived, they interviewed the victim and she told the deputies that they had sex. 

Deputies then interviewed Williams. According to the affidavit, Williams said, "I was f---ing a 15-year-old." He also told deputies that he knew how old she was and that this wasn't the first time that they had sex.
