Donations Needed for Dog Found Severely Maimed

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Concho Valley PAWS is asking for donations to help a puppy that was found severely maimed in a San Angelo home.

An eight-week-old puppy named Waffles was found after the San Angelo Police Department's Street Crimes Division executed a narcotics search warrant in a house which is now in the process of being condemned, according to police.

An infant also had to be removed from the house because the conditions were so bad. The owners were charged with felonies and could face animal cruelty charges.

Now, Concho Valley PAWS is looking to give Waffles a much better life. He had his ears cut off by his owners and had an infection from the wounds.

Waffles is now in the care of a local veterinarian. However, PAWS is still looking for donations. You can donate to help this pup here.
