Man Arrested After Bar Fight Turns into Murder

 

ABILENE, TX-- A man was arrested and charged with murder after he shot a man in the head at a sports bar on Saturday.

Abilene Police Department received a call about a large fight that was happening at MC Sports Bar and Taqueria. They then received another call that someone had shot someone through the front door.

When police arrived, they took four men into custody. The alleged shooter was taken to the hospital along with the victim. The victim was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Eusabio Jose Perez, Jr., 20, was booked into the Taylor County Jail on Sunday morning after being released from Hendrick Medical Center. According to KTXS, Perez went to his car after the fight, grabbed a gun, and fired one shot through the glass doors.

Perez's bond is set at $250,000.
