Sheriff: Woman Slashes Father Of Her Kids While Riding Shotgun Down 277

SAN ANGELO, TX-- A woman was arrested for slashing the father of her kids with a knife on Wednesday.

Lindsay Lopez, 29, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

On the morning of the 16th, Lopez and her ex had been fighting about their relationship, and their children. The two then left the home, where they had the argument, and went to take the children to school.

When they had arrived back at the home the fight continued. They then left the house, and headed out of town on U.S. 277 southbound towards Christoval.

This is when the fight escalated and Lopez began hitting and kicking the victim while he was driving, the sheriff's office said. Lopez then proceeded to pull out a pocket knife and started swinging it towards him.

The victim put his arm in the way, to block the knife, leaving a cut down the backside of his arm. He then pulled over near the intersection of U.S.  277 and Ratliff Road. Lopez then got out of the vehicle, while the victim called the police.

According to an affidavit, The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office found the knife 50 yards away from the vehicle, and the cut on the victims arm was consistent with a defensive stab wound.

The victim informed police that this wasn't the first time something like this had happened. He told them about an incident four years ago where she had stabbed him after a dispute.

Lopez's bond was set at $50,000.

I bet the next time she says she wants a tattoo on the other side of her neck he won't say no...........

She could very well be the subject of Buckcherry's most popular song ( I chose not to paste it here). But he's just an idiot.

She is who she is, but this guy made a series of avoidable mistakes:

1) looked at that from across the bar or dollar store, and thought "Oh yeah, I gotta hit that!"

2) hit that

3) knocked it up...more than once

4) got stabbed, and trotted back like the eunuch he is, to get stabbed again

"There's a reason it's called 'girls gone wild' and not 'women gone wild'. When girls go wild, they show their tits. When women go wild, they kill men and drown their kids in a tub." - Louis C.K.

"There's a reason it's called 'girls gone wild' and not 'women gone wild'. When girls go wild, they show their tits. When women go wild, they kill men and drown their kids in a tub." - Louis C.K.

That's a description of someone who should be high as a kite on SSRI's, not a "real" grown woman or anyone who should be raising kids. The way you define the world, at times, puzzles me.

...is what comedian Louis C.K. is best at.

I've always considered (many) comedians as our most accessible, mainstream philosophers of the world, as they pretty much hold the proverbial mirror up to society, point at even the most mundane and routine aspects of daily life, which most would consider commonplace, and remind us all how truly batshit society at large can be.

The little line about the girls vs. women going wild, it was a joke -- told by Louis, and by no means should be considered an attempt at "defining the world", rather a quite humorous observation.

Then maybe Robin Williams was right...

"If women ran the world we wouldn't have wars, just intense negotiations every 28 days."
—Robin Williams
