When I read that headline:
Man Arrested for Trying to Attack Neighbor With a Chainsaw
I was expecting a story of some idiot attacking his neighbor who was armed with a lethal and presumably running chainsaw. I foresaw a blood and guts horror story climactic outcome for said idiot.
INSTEAD, the article should have been headlined:
Man With Chainsaw Arrested for Attacking Neighbor...
But that would be TRUTH IN ADVERTISING and I probably wouldn't have read the article after all.
<SIGH>
