College Station Man Who Allegedly Killed His Girlfriend Arrested in Midland

 

MIDLAND, TX-- A man found in Midland was arrested as a murder suspect in a College Station murder on Thursday.

39-year-old Theia Flakes was found dead in her apartment on Monday afternoon. No cause of death has been determined yet.

Terry Ratliff, 54, is the main suspect for the murder of his girlfriend, but police say they do not have enough evidence yet to charge him with murder.

According to Newswest 9, the College Station Police issued a warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
