Two Brothers Indicted for Taking Turns Sexually Assaulting Woman

ABILENE, TX-- Two men were arrested after they both sexually assaulted a woman multiple times in July in an apartment in Abilene.

Alvin Mike Garza, 32, and his brother Gilbert Garza, Jr., 37, were at the victim's apartment when the attack took place.

Gilbert first initiated the assault when he went inside the victims room and started touching her.

She told Gilbert that she was not interested and tried to leave. Gilbert grabbed the victim's hair and pulled her down on the bed.

After sexually assaulting her Gilbert left the room as she tried to put her clothes on and leave.

This is when Alvin entered the room, throwing the girl on the bed by her hair, and continued to sexually assault the woman.

This same sequence happened three consecutive times.

Alvin was arrested on Tuesday, and Police searched for Gilbert until Thursday. Both of their bonds are set at $250,000 dollars.

Gilbert last night.
That's a good thing.
I would really like to see at the minimum 50 years for these super horny sex offenders.
They never should be on the streets again.
