Son Charged with Capital Murder After Mother, Father Found Dead

 

BRECKENRIDGE, TX-- Police have identified the couple found dead in their home on Friday.

On Friday, Breckenridge Police arrived to a local home for a possible dead body, but when they arrived they found two. The victims are 58-year-old Mitchel Sullivan and 58-year-old Terry Sullivan.

Shortly after they arrived on scene, they arrested their son Paxton Sullivan and charged him with capital murder of multiple persons. His bond is set at $2 million dollars.

The Texas Rangers have taken over the investigation, but no further information has been released yet.
