Woman Poops on Cops During an Arrest

ODESSA, TX-- An Odessa Women was arrested after kicking one cop in the groin and defecating on another.

Odessa P.D received a call for criminal trespassing after member of the Payne's Gym messaged the owner Laura Payne on Facebook saying that someone was asleep on the bathroom counter.

When police arrived on scene they had found 33-year-old Kristie Marie Rodriguez asleep in the women's locker room. Police tried to get Rodriguez to leave peacefully, but she refused.

They then tried to remove her, but when they did so she kicked one of the officers in the groin area, and defecated on the other officers. Reports say that the officers pants and shoes were covered with feces.

"I’m embarrassed that it happened at our gym not going to lie," Payne said. "I have to worry about the safety of my members and the gym. And we have kids in daycare and a lot of members we have to take care of, and that’s our priority is to make sure everybody is safe."

Rodriguez actually paid for a membership at the gym about a week earlier, but will not be allowed to return.

Rodriguez was charged with Assault on a Public Servant and Criminal Trespassing.
