When a meth dealer/manufacturer moves into the neighborhood, along with the hazardous litter, it attracts thieves and very dangerous and desperate people. That's the gist of the very reasonable gripes in reporting that kind of activity.
What does a "complaint for selling marijuana" sound like?
"Someone just bought a blunt next door! I have to get up for work in the morning!"?
