Methed Up: Another Drug Suspect Goes Down

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The San Angelo Police Department Street Crimes Division executed a search and arrest warrant Friday at a residence in the unit block of West 31st Street.

The warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace Susan Werner, named 37-year-old James Howell to be in possession of a quantity of Methamphetamine at the residence.

As a result of the search, Investigators located and seized a quantity of suspected Methamphetamine and narcotics distribution paraphernalia.

Howell was arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail for state jail felony possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 and two county warrants.

The Department’s Patrol Division and The Center for Tactical Medicine assisted with Friday’s operation.
