Grand Jury Re-indicts Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting an Autistic Girl

ABILENE, TX-- A man was re-indicted on Thursday after being accused of raping a 17- year old girl.

42-year old Larry Michael Doescher has been charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault after allegedly raping an autistic girl. 

The girl came to Doescher's apartment looking for his son, but he was not there. Doescher made the girl come inside, lay on the bed, and take her clothes off.

Doescher continued with this horrific matter with the only reasoning he gave to her was that "this is what she will do when she gets older."

The girl stated that Doescher began "humping her" and that "it hurt."

According to KTXS, court reports stated that the girl may have been 17, but she has the mental capacity of a 10-year old.

Doescher remains in jail at this time with a $100,000 bond.
