STANTON, TX-- A Midland man pleaded guilty to one count of bank robbery on September 17, according to CBS 7
59-year-old Jose Cruz Iglesias admitted to robbing the Community National Bank back in 2016.
This week a federal judge has sentenced Iglesias to 78 months in federal prison.
After the prison sentence he will have to go through a three year supervised release.
Iglesias will also have to pay back the $197,833 back to the bank.
