Millennial Young Man Arrested for Playing Music too Loud

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The following people and their charges are from the SAPD Arrest Blotter on Monday, Oct. 29.

Jesse Lee Eakins, 41, was arrested for theft of property with two or more convictions after police were dispatched to Jim Bass Ford for the report of a theft.

Ariana Gabrielle Elvena, 26, was arrested for evading arrest detention with vehicle after she fled a traffic stop and crashed into a yard near the 700 block of David Street.

Samual Ryan Jenkins, 26, was arrested for driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspicion without final resolution and improper parking in the 400 block of E. 8th Street.

Adam Mendoza, 25, was arrested for resisting arrest search or transport, evading arrest detention, and playing music too loud at the Sedona Ranch Apartment Complex.
