Lying on a Bridge and Unlawfully Carrying A Weapon on Arrest Blotter

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The following people and their charges are from the SAPD Arrest Blotter for Monday, October 8.

Steven Saldivar Escobedo, 38, was arrested for three warrants and no driver’s license during a traffic stop near W. Avenue U and S. Irving, and Kara Rachelle Dowd, 37, was arrested for warrants.

Amus D. Guerra, 29, was arrested for four warrants after police were dispatched to the 500 block of S. Abe Street for a male subject that was lying on the bridge.

Matthew Steven Merrill, 27, was arrested for unlawfully carrying a weapon after police responded to a welfare check of a driver slumped over the wheel in the 400 block of W. Beauregard.
