2 Arrested After Crash During High Speed Chase in Christoval

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Texas Department of Public Safety and the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a car chase that ended in a crash.

The vehicle crashed at the intersection of U.S. 277 and Texas Loop 110 in Christoval. DPS is leading the investigation.

Two people being taken into custody from the wrecked red Ford Fusion, and a handgun was seen being taken from the vehicle during the investigation, according to our on-scene reporter.

The female taken from the vehicle was transported to a hospital by ambulance.

This is a breaking story. We expect DPS to release more details once their investigation allows.
