SAN ANGELO, TX -- During the evening of September 26, 2018, San Angelo Police Officers with the Anti-Crime Unit (ACU), Narcotics Division, Criminal Investigation Division (CID), and Patrol coordinated a series of investigations that led to multiple arrests and the recovery of stolen truck and boat.

According to a press release, investigators with the Narcotics Division provided intelligence to the ACU about a possible vehicle associated with thefts of trailers in the San Angelo area.

Members of the ACU detained the vehicle at the Walmart at 3440 S. Bryant Blvd after confirming that one of the occupants, Kendell Stasey, 20 years old, had a criminal trespass warning from that property.  After being arrested for that offense, Stasey was found to be in possession of marijuana.

The driver of the vehicle, 24 year old Colby Hawkins, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a quantity of methamphetamine.
