Labor Day Weekend Arrest Blotter Full of Fighting and Drinking

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Labor Day weekend was a busy one for the San Angelo Police Department. The following are people and their charges from the police arrest blotter. Some of the arrest information has been withheld, as the investigations are ongoing:

Richard Adrian Able, 22, was arrested for aggravated assault with deadly weapon on Friday following a domestic violence investigation in the 4000 block of Sul Ross.

Juan David Escobar, 35, was arrested for doc affray on Monday after police were alerted to a fight in the 100 block of S. Chadbourne. Armando Ramirez Garcia, 39, was arrested for fail to identify giving false/fictitious information, public intoxication, and dc-fighting.

Esreal Hernandez Jr., 36, was arrested for being at the lake after 10:30 p.m., littering, and fail to ID on Saturday after police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Camper Road for the report of a loud noise.

Rocky Montez, 32, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury on Friday after police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Baylor Avenue for an unknown 911 call.

Xavier Garcia Porras, 35, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence on Sunday following a domestic violence investigation in the 400 block of W. Avenue T.

Johnny Samaniego Jr., 39, was arrested for assault family/house member impede breath/circulation and criminal trespassing on Sunday following a domestic violence investigation in the 7800 block of Sentinel Circle. Samaniego fled the scene onto secured Airport Property.

Luis Enrique Martinez-Monsivais, 23, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Saturday after police were dispatched to the Stripes at S. Bell and Paintrock for the report of a driver passed out behind the wheel.
