Brown County Fugitive Considered Armed and Dangerous

 

EARLY, TX -- The Early Police Department is currently looking for 28-year-old Justin Doyle Pierce for the offense of Burglary of Habitation.

According to Early Police Chief David Mercer, Pierce is considered armed and dangerous. 

Pierce has been identified as the suspect in breaking into a house in the 100 block of East River Oaks on Sunday, Aug. 19th in the middle of the afternoon.

The homeowner called 911 when he arrived home to find Pierce coming out of his house. The homeowner later learned a handgun had been taken from the home.

A warrant for Justin Pierce was obtained for Burglary of Habitation after he was identified through some follow-up investigation.

Pierce is also wanted in several other counties including Comanche, Lampasas, Johnson and the Texas Parole Board.

Pierce was last seen in a gray Taurus but that vehicle was abandoned during a chase with Sanger PD on Monday 08/27/2018.
