Woman Beaten, Man Stabbed in south Abilene Domestic Dispute

ABILENE, TX-- KTXS News in Abilene reports that two people were transported to the hospital after a violent domestic dispute on Thursday.

Abilene Police were dispatched to the Royale Orleans Apartment complex on S. 27th St. around 11:45 a.m. for the domestic dispute.

Police told KTXS a man was beating a woman in the face when that woman stabbed the man in the leg. It was self defense, according to police.

Both were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.

The man will be charged with assault family violence.
