San Angelo Man Arrested for Shooting a Gun Towards His Neighbor's House

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Thursday booking report show it was a busy day for law enforcement agencies. The following are people and their charges from the San Angelo Police Department arrest blotter:

Timothy Peter Dimiceli, 41, was arrested for injury child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury following a domestic violence investigation in the 1600 block of Millspaugh.

Robert Ardean Segler, 54, was arrested for deadly conduct for discharging a firearm inside the city limits after police were dispatched to the 600 block of Powell Street for the report of shots fired. It was discovered Segler discharged a firearm in the direction of his neighbor’s house.

Ray Daniel Hamilton, 45, was arrested for public intoxication after police were dispatched to the Quality Inn on S. Jackson Street for the report of an unwanted subject.

Rolando Ponce, 51, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence following a domestic violence investigation in the 1500 block of Millspaugh.

Lemuel Seth Gonzales, 35, was arrested for assault by contact (No further information is given as the investigation is ongoing).
