SAN ANGELO, TX — The Monday through Wednesday booking report shows how busy local law enforcement has been this week. The following are people and their charges from the San Angelo Police Department arrest blotter:
J. Guadalupe Torres, 52, was arrested for terroristic threat reaction emergency on Wednesday after police were dispatched to the 5200 block of Christoval Road for the report of an armed subject.
Mia Caldwell, 28, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury-family violence on Wednesday following a domestic violence investigation in the 3400 block of Arden Road.
Miguel Angel Fernandez, 30, was arrested for aggravated robbery, unauthorized use of vehicle, resist arrest/search/transport, manufacture/delivery of controlled substance, and warrants for evading arrest, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, possession of controlled substance, and evading arrest with vehicle following an aggravated robbery investigation where Fernandez reportedly stole a vehicle at gunpoint on Wednesday.
Joseph Michael Garcia, 27, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence on Wednesday following a domestic violence investigation in the 500 block of E. Harris.

Donavon Rio Cantu, 23, was arrested for disobey warning signs/barricades over roads and driving while intoxicated on Monday after Cantu drove around a police barricade at N. Jefferson and Shiloh. Caleb John Cheater, 24, was arrested for possession marijuana during the stop.
A 26-year-old man was arrested for theft of property on Monday morning after San Angelo police were dispatched to the Event Center Bar, 119 S. Chadbourne, for the report of a theft of service. Magallon failed to pay for $129.00 bar tab. The guy who was arrested said his bank rejected the debit card purchase and he didn't know it had until he was arrested. He said the Event Center owner dropped the charges against him.
Jaime Joe Garfias, 36, was arrested for assault family class c on Tuesday following a domestic violence investigation in the 1900 block of Glenwood Drive.
