Lying to Police and Forgery Top Tuesday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Tuesday was a busy day for the San Angelo Police Department and other arresting agencies. The following are people and their charges from the SAPD arrest blotter:

Andrew Ira Anderson, 65, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence X2 following a domestic violence investigation in the 2600 block of Woodlawn.

Trinidad Lee Dehoyos III, 40, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence following a domestic violence investigation in the 1100 block of Toby Lane.

Evagene Louise Shields, 32, was arrested for forgery financial instrument after police were dispatched to the Wells Fargo at 36 W. Beauregard for the report of a forgery in progress.

Anthony James McCarthy, 57, was arrested for public intoxication after police were dispatched to Cedar Manor, 1915 Greenwood, for the report of an unwanted subject.

John Delarosa, 57, was arrested for his parole violation warrant and subsequently charged with fail to identify fugitive from justice after he lied to police about his identity during a fire investigation near Preusser and N. Malone.
