Comanche ISD Coach Charged with Felony Theft in Tom Green County

COMANCHE, TX -- A teacher and coach with the Comanche Independent School District was released on bond earlier this month in Tom Green County after being arrested and charged with felony theft.

52-year-old Kerry Huddleston is accused of taking payments for fence work and not transferring that money to a company he worked for.

The multiple count indictment accuses Huddleston of stealing more than $30,000 but less than $150,000 from his employer between 2016 and 2017.

Huddleston has a pretrial hearing in August and a jury trial is set for October.
