Reward Offered for Info on Clouded Eye Murder Suspect

MIDLAND, TX -- Midland Crimestoppers is offering a reward for information on the suspect in a shooting on June 21.  

According to Midland Crimestoppers, Midland police were dispatched to a shooting in the 2200 block of East I-20.  When they arrived, the found two shooting victims.  One of the victims was dead.  

The suspect is 27-year-old Julio Cesar Lopez-Beltran who has one clouded eye and is described as 5'8" tall weighing 150 pounds. 

Midland Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to Lopez-Beltran's arrest.
