Officials confirm to San Angelo Live that Jasmine Moreno has been arrested on that murder charge. More details coming.
Updated 6/26/2018 6:15 p.m. ROBERT LEE, TX -- Social media rumors surrounding the Moreno murder in Robert Lee have prompted officials to respond.
Coke County Sheriff Wayne McCutchen Tuesday afternoon reached out to San Angelo Live over rumors about his comments and our report of the shooting death of 30-year-old Cisco Moreno. Sheriff McCutchen and San Angelo Live stand by our earlier report. The Texas Rangers and Coke County Sheriff's Office have not released any additional information about the shooting Sunday and the investigation is ongoing.
Facebook posts by individuals not associated with the Texas Rangers or the Coke County Sheriff's Office are inaccurate and unconfirmed.
At this time Sheriff McCutchen has released no additional information about a possible suspect or motive or details about the shooting.

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A 30-year-old Robert Lee man was shot and killed early Sunday morning in Robert Lee.
According to Coke County Sheriff Wayne McCutchen, 30-year-old Cisco Moreno was shot to death at residence on Euel St. at about 4 a.m. Sunday.
Sheriff McCutchen says his office and the Texas Rangers are investigating the shooting and they do have a suspect.
McCutchen says more information will be available in the coming days.
