Ecstasy and Family Violence; Must be the Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The booking report for Thursday shows 25 people arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail. The following are people arrested by San Angelo Police Department and their charges:

Nicholas Aaron Stuart, 40, was arrested around 1:40 a.m. Thursday for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Chestnut and Westland. Officer responded to a hit and run and found Stuart hiding near by. The officers determined that Stuart was intoxicated and had been driving the vehicle that was involved with the accident. Subsequently, Stuart was arrested.

Omar Estrada, 20, was arrested around 3:30 p.m. after officers were dispatched to the River Pointe Apartments in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers discovered Estrada had assaulted several people, one being an 11-year-old male victim. Estrada was arrested for injury child/elderly/disable with intent bodily injury and two counts of assault family violence class c.

Gabriel James Robles, 35, was arrested Thursday night in the 800 block of Pulliam St. after police responded to an unknown problem. Police learned upon arrival that a domestic disturbance had taken place. Robles was arrested for a class c assault family violence. During the search incident to arrest, officers located drug paraphernalia and a small quantity of ecstasy on Robles. Subsequently, he was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

  • Evading Arrest Detention: 3
  • Purchase/Furnish Alcohol to a Minor: 1
  • Public Intoxication: 4
  • Driving While Intoxicated: 3
  • Possession/Delivery Drug Paraphernalia: 2
  • Possession Controlled Substance: 5
  • Assault Family Violence: 5
  • Parole Violation: 1
  • Fail to Identify: 2
