Street Crime Division Seize Narcotics and Cash in Afternoon Warrant Search

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — (SAPD Press Release) Over recent months, members from the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives have been involved in a joint investigation concerning illegal narcotics and weapons trafficking in San Angelo and the surrounding area. 

On the afternoon of May 30, 2018, Investigators seized a quantity of suspected Methamphetamine, Marijuana, U.S. Currency, and an assortment or drug paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking during a warrant search at a residence in Central San Angelo.  

The suspects’ names are being withheld at this time as Federal charges are pending the outcome of the investigation, which is ongoing. 

The Department’s K9 Division, Patrol Division, and the Center for Tactical Medicine assisted with yesterday’s operation.
