Assault of a Peace Officer Tops Weekend Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Friday through Sunday booking report showed many people arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail. The following are people and their charges from the SAPD arrest blotter:

Melinda Ann Battles, 30, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence on Friday following a domestic violence investigation near the 200 block of Twin Oaks.

Rainie Cheyenne Baldwin, 23, was arrested for criminal trespassing, theft of property, and a warrant for theft of property on Saturday after police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a shoplifting in progress. Tesa Leann Keith, 36, was also arrested for theft of property during the investigation.

Isaiah Juarez, 17, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence on Saturday following a domestic violence investigation in the 300 block of Cottonwood.

Kimberly Dawn Berry, 32, was arrested for theft of property on Saturday after police were dispatched to the Walmart on S. Bryant Blvd. for the report of shoplifters. A juvenile female, age 15, was also arrested for theft-shoplifting.

A 25-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication on Saturday after officers discovered him stumbling in the roadway near Vanderventer and S. Johnson.

Caden Scott Tucker, 23, was arrested for assault by contact and assault causes bodily injury-family violence on Saturday following a domestic violence investigation in the 2400 block of W. Avenue J.

Mark Justin Arroyo, 29, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence and resist arrest/search/transport on Sunday after police were dispatched to Mama’s Hookah Lounge on S. Chadbourne for the report of an unwanted subject.

Spencer William Livesay, 32, was arrested for assault family member-impede breath/circulation on Sunday after police were dispatched to the 3000 block of Knickerbocker Road for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Tara Dakota Bruton, 23, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence following a domestic violence investigation in the 3000 block of W. Beauregard.

Chelsea Nicole Garcia, 27, was arrested for obstruction or retaliation, resist arrest/search/transport, assault of a peace officer , and abusive language on Sunday following a domestic violence investigation in the 200 block of W. Avenue M.
