SAN ANGELO, TX -- 22-year-old Andrew Bermea, Tanya Bermea’s son and Naiya Villegas’s step-brother was arrested early Tuesday for traffic violations and marijuana possession.
According to Tom Green County Sheriff’s records, Andrew Bermea was booked into the Tom Green County jail at 2:32 a.m.
Bermea is charged with going off bond for possession of less than 2 oz of marijuana, failure to stop and leave information, no driver’s license, failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign, and failure to appear in court three times.
Bermea was subpoenaed to testify in the capital murder trial of Isidro Delacruz, who was sentenced to death for murdering Bermea’s 5-year-old step sister, Naiya Villegas.
Andrew Bermea remains in the Tom Green County jail in lieu of $3,476.40 bond.

If Tanya is the mother to Andrew and Naiya how is he her step brother? That should make him her half brother since they have the same mother.
