SAN ANGELO, TX — The Wednesday booking report shows 16 people arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail. The following are the people arrested by SAPD and their charges:
Mario Jesus Castillo, 27, was arrested Wednesday evening for theft of property after police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a shoplifter.
Juan Ramon Moreno, 42, was arrested for not having a driver’s license during a traffic stop at the 400 block of W. Beauregard.
Justin W. Nowlin, 41, was arrested for prohibit weapon knuckles, unlawful carry weapon (firearm), and possession of marijuana. The arrest followed a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Dallas Street.
Patty Lou Tonn, 58, was arrested for criminal trespassing and theft class C after police were dispatched to the neighborhood Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a shoplifter.
