SAN ANGELO, TX — (SAPD Press Release) San Anglo Police have obtained an Arrest Warrant for Chris Ryan Scott, AKA: C-Note, in connection to the April 5thshooting of a 50-year-old man that occurred in the 600 block of West 18th Street.
Scott is currently wanted for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and Parole Violation. Scott has ties to Lubbock and Arlington, Texas as well as Shreveport, Louisiana.
A second suspect, Tyler A. Ragland, 22, was arrested on April 5, 2018.
