Details Released on Ex-Abilene ISD Custodian Accused of Improper Actions with a Minor

ABILENE, TX-- More details have been to KTXS about an ex-Abilene ISD custodian who is accused of having multiple improper relationships with underaged girls.

A search warrant for phone records of 20-year-old Mario Francisco Gomez was released on Thursday.

The search warrant said Gomez had oral and anal sex with a 12-year-old girl in the restroom of Madison Middle School. It also says the former employee traded lewd photos and videos on Snapchat with that preteen and another 12-year-old girl.

Gomez's black Samsung S8 was sought after as part of the investigation, according to the report.

The search warrant says Gomez posted his Snapchat contact information in bathroom stalls and sent a face picture to the second girl to confirm it was him.

Documents show that Gomez confirmed the allegations made against him by the two girls.

Police urge parents to come forward with any more information because it is believed Gomez, who performed janitorial duties throughout the district, may have written his information in the restrooms of Austin Elementary, Bowie Elementary and Mann Middle School.

Gomez was put in the Taylor County Jail on Feb. 27 on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of online solicitation of a minor. On March 5, Gomez posted bail and was released.
