Easter Egg Hunt Yields Arrest for Inappropriate Child Photos

SAN ANGELO, TX — A San Angelo man has been arrested for possession of child pornography according to court documents.

Jaime Mystic, 50, was arrested for possession of child pornography after a fun Easter Hunt game for his work.

According to the complaint filed, the complainant came forward after a work Easter Egg Hunt that was held on the evening of March 28. During the Easter celebration, workers were tasked to “hunt” gift certificates.

The participants were instructed to take photos of themselves with the gift certificates they found and send those photos to the complainant’s cell phone via text message.

Mystic had sent the photos showing him and another employee with gift certificates. In the same message there were several photographs of adolescent females, unclothed, exposing their female sexual organs, according to court documents.

Mystic remains in the Tom Green County jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
